Terms & Conditions for Booking

Prices are charged in pound Sterling, and are based on a maximum booking of four people. These maybe altered in future at the owner’s discretion.

General Conditions: Deposit – 25% is required to make a booking, paid by bank transfer. Full balance is required eight weeks prior to arrival.

Cancellation: If in event that the holiday booking unfortunately has to be cancelled, the customer will be refunded fully only if we are able to take a replacement booking. If a replacement booking is not forthcoming, then unfortunately, we will not be able to issue a refund. It is advisable to take out holiday insurance to cover for this regrettable set of circumstances.

Prices include: Bed linen and Towels (including pools towels). WIFI is free.
