Many of our UK holidaying guests drive down to Castillonnes, which is possible to do it in a full day, however it is probably better to plan an over-night stay en route, especially if coming via Calais. Alternatively, you might like to consider taking the night ferry to Caen or St.Malo instead which cuts the car journey time to five/six hours. Equally you might just prefer to fly to Bergerac airport which is only a 20 minute drive to Le Berme but if that isn't convenient, there are always the larger airports at Bordeaux or Toulouse which are about 2 hours from Castillonnes

The ideal route is to fly to Bergerac and presently Ryan Air provide the most regular service, flying from Stansted. During the holiday periods, Jet 2 fly to Bergerac from Birmingham, as do British Airways, from Southampton & London City. It’s only a 20 minute drive to Le Berme with the usual international car hire franchises available at the airport together with an independent local company Buggs.
Alternatively, you can fly from many UK airports to Bordeaux which is about 1 hour 50 minutes away and also Toulouse which is around 2 hours away
If you don’t drive and/or are not so fussed about getting around other than just locally during your stay, we would be happy to make arrangements for your transfer from the local Airport to Le Berme.
